- Steven got back about future lottery, contact Gabriel
- Next lottery possibly in January
- A fifth floor resident has been complaining about the noise in room and did not get to change room in the lottery. Not a AHEC thing and suggest to solve it with the house masters.
- Question about how often is the lottery run? There might be some ragtime with the MIT Housing. Hopefully could be more frequent.
- Nametages: Set up meeting with Gabrielle.
- Floor officers are working on the rosters .
- Open doors night: needs better communication in terms of publicity and event planning. Should make it clear to the Event Committee. Note that the essential function of community is NOT in danger, but should avoid poor judgement.
- Fun Funds: German has put up applications but not approved yet.
- Stephanie to track how many applications has been put up.
- Make Fun Funds easier access but publicizing the link. Talk to the Tech Committee.
- T-Shirt: Good design

- Good feedback from last event.
- Suggestion of having more on work-life balance for current graduate students.

- Football night is popular. Attracted lot of people and a lot of food.
- Event Committee is meeting tomorrow for potluck events.

- Link issue on the website page. Consider add the link from ‘how to apply’
- Raspberry project updates.
- Inventory committee update the new list of items on Wiki Page. But not yet have columns to see if it is checked out or not.
- Publicity has been going well
- Reassure the bike removal date. It is supposed to happen around the week of 21st.
- Clean the abandoned bikes on the racks outside of Ashdown with sign of "Ashdown Property"
- [Update] Officer Transition: Email lists, Training
- Has not updated with the new officers yet.
- Officer Training: get into touch with each chair on kitchen training.
- Update guide on how to be an officer coordinator.

- Thirsty Ear people using Hulsizer Kitchen area
- Make sure that is not recurring.
- [Discussion] Use of Events Calendar
- Lack of use of events calendar, and officers are not putting events on calendar
- Which events has priority? Who ever first put on the calendar
- Scheduled events should be on calendar, such as coffee hour
- There are two event calendar, should be focused on only one, the older one.

- Required to attend one AHEC meeting per semester? Help them to know more about AHEC
- Chairs should attend first month of the term.

- Energy Saving Sustainability Competition among dorms
- Try to find way to engage people, and get access to MIT data.
- Design the mechanic of competition considering the weather condition,way to calculate by per capita etc.
- Contact GSC sustainability subcommittee for support, which is currently more focused on waste
- Ashdown is on broad
- MIT giving tree: donation sign up as a group by December 9th.
- Nominate Ashdown Hero, announcement on the newsletter as Officer of the month
