- Minutes are approved and are to be posted.
- Fall Officer Recruitment
- Will need to hire people for the following positions:
- Brunch
- Coffee Hour
- Events
- Inventory
- Tech
- Publicity
- Applications open on the 7th, close on 14th.
- IM Sports
- $200 entry fee for ice hockey team approved.
- Follow up with Evelina Polyzoeva & Ammar El Seed (Outings Officer) to see if there is a need for having co-captains on the team.
- Approval of Liability Terms for Inventory Sharing with Sidney Pacific
- Proposed agreement with SidPac presented
- In the case of damage, cost of repairs to he covered
- In the case of irreparable damage or loss, cost of replacement to be covered, or replacement will be provided.
- Replacement of equal value and quality, as determined by lender.
- Terms to be forwarded to SidPac for further negotiations.

- May need to make sure to add an extra light to light up some dark corners

- September 6th, same time as Pride Welcome; each event may feed to the other
- Mailing list problems lead to not enough residents getting the emails
- Need more volunteers for the event
- Vegetarian options?
- We will not control/interfere in what residents want to cook

- Drew to bartend at the Thirsty Ear
- Advertising Events in the Greater Boston Area
- Follow up from last week
- Context: Outings officers would compile a list of all interesting events and would communicate it to the residents.
- Should we put events in the Ashdown calendar?
- No, they would clutter the calendar.
- Separate calendar?
- With distinction between in-house and outside-Ashdown events
- What if people just ignore it?
- Include it in the Newsletter.
- AHEC restrospection
- Chris wants us to have a review of all AHEC activity so far and the things that were planned but haven't been carried out yet.
- Perhaps we should redefine our priorities in the imminent future.
- Miscellaneous matters
- Posters on painted walls: We should talk to whoever is putting them up.
- Recyclables & compostables: We should make new signs so that people avoid mixing the two.
- TV system: The administration is proposing that we use a raspberry pi system; will follow up with them.
- We may want to copy elements of SPs publicity policy
- We should definitely have e-mail responses from publicity when they receive requests
- Tech may need clearer direction in the future
- Naming the Ashdown Newsletter
- "The Ashdown Gazette" seems like a good name
- NW leadership training; Lisa will ask HCA about it
