- Ashdown Common Kitchen cleanness
- Jordan talked to Denise about this
- Put cleaning solution, paper towels/sponge
- Locked paper towels maybe
- Put signs up to encourage residents to clean up
- Staff can fill it up every Friday after they clean
- Denise/housing will budget for the cleaning solution
- Sponges/paper towel budget will come from AHEC
- Check w/ other dorms about what they do to keep their common kitchens
clean as well
- Spring Kickoff BBQ
- Small BBQ for 40-50 people
- Similar to what we did 2 years ago
- Saturday, April 11th or 18th
- Budget: $150
- If unclear about attendance, put up sign-up!

- Feedback has said cultural events have been out of focus
- Make keys for kitchen/Hulsizer/AV closet/pantry for AHEC and officer chairs
- Operations officer
- Could handle gym maintance
- Lead cleanup of mail room
- Look into improving wash rooms
