- Terry proposed an event for reuse like a reuse coffee hour.

- General Info From Officer Lily
- Subletting Scams
- There is a scam going on with subletting.
- Someone is contacting people advertising rooms and offering very large checks for a deposit. They are then asking for some of the money back from the check. The check ends up being bad, and the person that cashed the check gets charged large fines.
- There was an e-mail about this to everyone, but people are falling for it.
- Facebook Accounts
- Remember to check your security settings on Facebook. If things are public, than you don't know who is looking at your stuff.
- There have been instances of cyber stalking locally that have been a result of too much public information on Facebook.
- Suspicious People
- If you see anyone who looks like they don't belong, call MIT police; It's their job.
- Will Fund
- After Ashley passes quals, she is going to take over the will fund purchases.
- Thirsty Ear noise complaints
- There were noise complaints before break about the Thirsty Ear during karaoke night.
- The Thirsty Ear has been thinking of ways to incentiveize people living above the Thirsty Ear.
- They would like fans of the Thirsty Ear living above it so when karaoke night is going on, they are probably at the thirsty ear enjoying it in person instead of being bothered by it in their room.
- Andy will talk to TEEC about giving incentives to those above the Thirsty Ear.
- We will also suggest that the Thirsty Ear reduce their hours for karaoke nights during finals and the end of the semester.
- Food safety
- There is a lot of clutter in the Hulsizer kitchen.
- Dining is willing to provide storage space for things that are rarely used.
- We need to go through the kitchen to decide what we don't need.
- Dining also offered to pay for a group of 5 students to have servsafe training.
- Ann will follow-up with Denise and Dining.
- She will organize a cleaning session with Denise.
- She will figure out what type of training Dining will offer.
