- Andrea: how to address appreciation?
- Terry: this has been evolved in recent years. AHEC learns to address appreciations in different ways, such as leadership awards, officer gifts, end-of-term appreciation dinner, officer t-shirts, officer name tags, etc.
- Andrea: should we give some warnings to the officers who have not fulfilled their duties up to a standard? Need to keep fair: rewards and penalties.
- comments on the survey from Andrea: rephrase the first question; ask for the unsuccessful events as well; text field for hours commitment
- comments on the survey from Brandon: important to warn people in some written form; also important to thanks people after a good event/project
- Front desk fine system update
- $5 for violating the due time and $1 for each additional day after the due time
- Eva suggests to have a lower initial fine
- Andrea supports anything Eva decides to do
- Rong suggests to waive the first time violation fine but keep the $5 initial fine
- Ashley supports $5 initial fine
- Ann made the point that the front desk worker should not handle money in any circumstance. AHEC should make it clear in the announcement email that people should submit exact amount of money and no change service will be provided.
- AHEC feedback and resident channel
- Eva will ask tech committee to build up this feedback system
