all the AHEC members should have keys for the necessary locked rooms - kitchen, Hulsizer, etc. Ask Denise for all keys. Matt will get the keys from denise.
Housing solution emailed out by Ann. Undergrads to be taken care of by that solution
Email people well in advance to give them enough time. Use some form of the staples/glue that can't be reused. Alcohol wristbands + paper. When are we going to do it? When do we want it empty by? Needs to happen before August 1st before orientation)
To be taken care of by Sports officer and possibly Fanny. TV rooma and Hulsizer room are teh venues for viewing.
Set of rules for Amanda to enforce. Amanda talked to Denise about some of those rules. The janitor is only for janitorial duties. matt and Nicole to meet with the officers.
Technically Ashdown owns the kitchen. Amanda now has cleanign supplies. Ann to iron out some of the issues with Denise. Nicole proposes replacing tiny sink with big sink so there can be two places to wash. Nicole suggest Amanda make a user-friendly instructional for using the sink.
Kay comment (1): thought we got him for some of the dishes too - the ones that are very oily and 'gunky'. If mike no longer does the dishes, we might need to inform brunch.
Ann: i thought AHEC pays Mike for some hours of washing.
Kay: depends on how we define cleaning.
Ann: would clarify with denise on the rules of the road about how we use Mike. Is Money transferred from AHEC to Denise for Mike? If not, then that should be rectified so that we can do that.
Hunter: Expand brunch - give other residents an opportunity to earn housing.
Others: probably not. host of other issues associated with it. Job is menial and could be avoided by others; new help can be better assigned to other jobs; associated cost is trivial compared to the overall cost for brunch; give some person and opportunity to earn money...
Kay (comment 2): rule about having nothing order than ice-cream in the freezer. Can we negotiate having other things (like frozen food?).
Ann: It was my rule. Let's agree to this. Whoever stores something puts a date on the box. if there's no date on the box, it gets trashed. Name and committee who owns the stuff. Date older than 2 months, gets trashed as well. Pads and pens to be put in that area for the purpose.
Do we want to add members? Possibly. Exclusive business card option for Ashdown. Nicole to verify and find out more.

Where does the money people pay for the hulsizer go? Denise collect is and the money is to be used for maintaining the room.
