The Ashdown House Executive Committee (AHEC) meets on Thursdays before Coffee Hour, usually starting at 7:30pm or 8pm in the Crafts Lounge. Announcements about each week's exact meeting time and agenda are made to the Ashdown mailing list every week. All residents are encouraged to attend AHEC meetings, whether to actively participate in discussion, bring up issues/comments/questions, or to simply listen. Summaries of meetings are posted here weekly.
